Orders placed before 5:00 AM (GMT) may be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Transit time: 1–6 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days (Processing + Transit)
Delivery estimates are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customer addresses provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
